Not Guilty Bailbonds was a lifesaver for me. Erin at the Greenville office was the most helpful person I have had the pleasure to deal with in a very long time. They worked with me when they were not required to do so and made it possible for me to be released from the Hunt County Jail. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me and i will highly recommend them to anyone in need a a bailbonds office. You will be very happy you gave them a call. Thank you Not Guilty Bailbonds.

Erin was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything in great detail, she sent the documents immediately, she informed me of the processes and what the next steps would be. She texted and call to ensure that I understood how to complete the documents! She showed empathy to the situation and agreed to keep me updated! I’m happy the other company took so long! This gave me the opportunity to work with someone that provided excellent service!Thank you Erin! You are appreciated!

Erin was kind, courteous, empathetic, and professional.Does her best to help the client and family/friends.Appreciate I was able to do EVERYTHING online via NGBBTX website, including signing documents and making bond payment. Very much appreciated and delivery of bond via a “bond runner”. An additional 50.00 fee for that service. Delivery of the bond to Collin Co Jail took approximately two and a half hours from the time I made payment.Took Collin Co jail one and one-half hours to get the bond to the bond desk.Would recommend this bonding agency to anyone who doesn’t want, or have the time, energy, money to run all over town to complete this process.
