This marks the beginning of the bail evaluation. Please have the following information ready to provide to our agent:
- Name of defendant
- Where is the defendant – jail or detention center
- Defendant’s home state and county
- Your relationship to the defendant
- Defendant’s employer and length of employment

Once the agreed bail premium has been paid, we will quickly post bail.


Upon installing the app, the defendant will need to download and open it on their phone. They should then click on the “Check-In” button and take a selfie. After that, they can click on the “Send Check-In Details” button. This action will update the defendant’s check-in log in Bailbooks and capture their GPS location, adding it to the defendants’ “Check-In Location History“, which will catalog each location from which a defendant checks in.
