Step 2 begins the bail evaluation. Please provide our agent with the following information:
- Name of defendant
- Jail or detention center where defendant is incarcerated
- Defendant’s home State and County
- Relationship to the defendant
- Defendant’s employer and length of employment

The defendant will then take a selfie and click on the “Send Check-In Details” button. This will update the defendant’s Check-In log in Bailbooks and capture his/her GPS location and add to the defendants’ “Check-In Location History”, which will catalog each location from which a defendant checks in.
